Run this command in an administrator PowerShell to fix your Wi-Fi speeds! Disable-NetAdapterRsc -Name Wi-Fiĭoing this boosted my speeds from 0.5/10 to my full 100/10 connection. My XPS15 always had unusable WiFi speeds that seemed to only happen on Windows 10, even after buying an Intel 8260 after months of searching I finally fixed it with this PowerShell command.
